Plate Helmet

Description
Finally a Plate Helmet!
I always disliked that you could research Plate armor, and not being able to craft a matching helmet.
This Mod does just that. The Helmet obviously requires the Plate Armor research and can be crafted at any forge.

This mod aim is also adding a meaningful option in the early/mid game as far as helmets are concerned.

Game balance is a top priority
The plate helmet follows the logic of the Plate armor, so stat wise it is slighly weaker than a flak helmet, it is heavier, and it has a -2 ShootingAccuracy debuff. But on the flipside it covers the whole head instead of just the upper region, and thus being a viable option even when the player unlocks the flak armor.

-removed the capitalisation on the name to make it consistent with vanilla items.

Slighty reduced the Helmet's UI size.

replaced the -0.1 movement speed debuff with a -1 ShootingAccuracy one.

Hey buddy, can you make an option to retexture the vanilla simple helmet with your plate helmet. Cause i love the texture but i want to keep it vanilla.

I like how it looks and I like the concept itself. But why give a shooting penalty instead of an sight penalty? I think sight would be simpler, more fictionally believable, and more balanced. Giving only shooting penalty, it's obvious it was meant just to give the easy satisfaction from feeling like fitting a puzzle piece in the right place -- "my preconceptions tells me it looks like it's supposed to go on a medieval knight, so it feels good to be driven to put it on my rimworld melee pawn". A sight penalty gives a decision with more weight for the player to make.

I love that this mod feels vanilla without going all-in on a specific historical period. Rimworld armor should feel a little generic, like it could belong in any time period where it might be useful.
