Non-Gestalt Solar Power

Description
Ever wanted to harness the power of a star but found you were unable to for lack of an all-encompassing mind directing your every action? Ever wondered why individuals were incapable of comprehending solar panel technology? This is the product for you!

Here at MONEY LLC, we support governments simply trying to make money while not being suppressed by an overmind. That's why we created this mod, to help you create energy from the stars themselves, but more importantly your outposts around those stars.

As of the recently updated version of this mod, Bio-Reactors are also available for all empires! You can now live out your dreams of violently composting excess food directly into energy as any empire you want, not just those that scorned the fuel source.

Newly updated with removal of a bunch of things that didn't need to be overwritten but were, for reasons currently unknown to me. So, a proper changelog is in order!
-Removed tech overwrites for this mod, they made error log messages & weren't actually useful since this is given on start
-The building overwrite for the gestalt version has been removed, since it was doing literally nothing other than making compatibility worse. Sorry!
-Bio-Reactors have also been made accessible by normal empires!

-Now updated for Lem!

This mod hopefully overwrites as few files as possible - just Bio-Reactors, & it adds a starbase module separate from the default.

Finally! Now those backwater defense stations will finally have more use than just trade hubs!
