Gurgler Athletics

Fixes the Gurglers to use normal athletics.
In Vanilla, they had a max speed of 65 and a max of 75 - this mod changes it to be more in line with everyone else.

Greenlander: 70 at base, 145 Max

Gurgler: 50 at Base, 120 Max
Alpha Gurgler: 65 at Base, 135 Max

Keeps them being slightly slower than a normal player, and probably makes freshly spawned ones even slower, but makes player character gurglers less incredibly sluggish.
