Description
This is a config file for my Katagiri Katsumoto V8 superTEK MkII.

The Mercedes, Tuning, and Mazda DLCs are required.

You will find the same two clipping issues here, as were in the MkI. Last two screens. I managed to squeeze another 100+ HP out of this nasty little hellion.

And here is another recipe to keep you going down the line! I started with a foundation, and slowly fine-tuned it over the last three or so years. Give this hearty soup a shot! It's freaking delicious.

FAJOLI SOUP

1 lb hot Italian sausage or ground beef
2 32 oz cartons beef broth
1 cup water
1 28 oz can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 jar spaghetti sauce (1)
1 large white onion, diced
1 bundle green onions, dice the bulbs
3-4 celery ribs, diced
4-5 whole carrots, sliced or diced
1 14 oz can Cannellini beans, drained
1 teaspoon dried oregano
3-4 teaspoons pepper, to taste
1-2 teaspoons hot sauce (2)
1/4 cup Ditalini pasta
4 teaspoons (at least!) finely minced fresh parsley (3)

(1) Ragu Chunky Tomato, Garlic, and Onion
(2) Frank's RedHot Original
(3) I don't measure this anymore. I just finely mince a big pile of it. About half or more of the parsley bunch. No stems. You really can't have too much parsley in a big pot of soup like this one.

This recipe makes a good amount, so I'd advise a 12 quart stockpot. If you opt for ground beef instead of sausage, give it a good spicing with salt, pepper, and some red pepper flakes. I'm partial to the sausage, but if you don't eat pork, 80/20, or 85/15 ground beef is a fine alternative.

In stock pot, cook sausage/beef over medium heat until thoroughly brown. Drain excess grease from meat in colander, and pour meat back into the pot. Add broth, water, tomatoes, spaghetti sauce, onions, carrots, celery, beans, oregano, pepper, and hot sauce. (Save the hollow stalks from the green onions! Diced or minced, they make great chives for potatoes!)

Bring this concoction to a boil. Leave it at a boil for a minute or so, then reduce to a simmer, cover the pot, and let simmer for at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. (The longer you simmer, the better the stew! I usually simmer at least 60 minutes.)

Finally, add pasta and minced parsley, give a good stir, and cover again for 12-14 minutes, or until pasta is done.

Viola! You've got a badass soup with a pretty decent kick! Serve and top with shaved Parmesan cheese.

A great side for this, or any other soups or chili, is a batard loaf, with Land O Lakes butter to spread when it's done baking. This is awesome bread. Preheat oven to 350, and place bread directly on center rack. Bake until slightly browned on top; about 17-19 minutes, depending on your oven. If you put this bread in the oven around the time you add the pasta and parsley to the soup, it should be done by the time you're ready to serve. ENJOY!

V8 superTEK MkII's paint parameters are Matte black. Rims and mirrors are H - 0, S - 80, B - 65, and Matte.

"Unrealistic wheel sizes" must be enabled in your options.

As always, I'm open to suggestions and improvements! Hope you enjoy the build. (And the soup!)

Thanks a bunch, much love, and cheers to the Fajoli! ;)

V8 superTEK MkII can be found in the Junkyard and Auction.

Hey just wanna ask, how do you change the color of the rims? I don't really know how to do that.

Just wondering, are these real cooking recipes or are they meant to be a joke to add to the description? The backstories from the Atrox series just have me questioning this lol.
