Bob's Brain Timing Indicator

Description
Makes it easier to tell when you can shoot Bob's Brain and when you can't, by making the brain fade out while it's on cooldown. A long overdue improvement to a tricky-to-use item!

bbf doesnt need one because it's uncontrollable and can explode the moment it spawns in

Great idea! Surprised there was never a mod like this before now, seen a lot of people complain about being exploded from Bob's Brain popping up out of nowhere.
