[Hololive] Hinotori by Takanashi Kiara as the ending/credits theme.

Description
This addon replaces the default ending/credit theme of L4D1 and L4D2 maps with Hinotori, a song composed by Takanashi Kiara.

I also included a replacement for Skin on Our Teeth or the song that plays before the escape and credits, covered by Tarf.
