Vendors Have Invisible Dark Leather Shirts

This is a personal patch I did for vampirecosmonaut's Invisible Dark Leather Shirt mod, making the shirts a lot easier to find.
I love the mod but struggled to find ninjas that did sell it, so I made it more common.

Added a small chance for most armour vendors to have it, with a big chance for clothing/under armour merchants.
Some bars have a small chance of selling them too.

Make sure the patch is below the main mod in the load order.
