MyReports - A Reporting Addon for Server Staff

This addon is meant to help server staff get to players who need their help quickly. A player can make a report and check when a staff member has claimed it, staff can also talk with the player in the report and either can close it when they are done.

Open your console and type "myreports" to open the report list.
