Description
There was a wrestler in WOW back in the day called Riot and she had a top rope spinning elbow finisher that is bizarre it hasn't been ripped off by someone more famous yet. This is an approximation of that, I think an improvement, making the spin rotation with the elbow, not against it. Cool move, calling it the Riot Smash in her honor.

i tried this move and there is one case where it missed. Is this normal?

Riot was extremely over by WOW standards and showed a lot of promise. Didn't do a lot beyond WOW but occasionally popped up over the next few years. Shame she never had a big leagues opportunity.
