Yes. It's funny I search and one has zones but can't have public transport, or some other attribute is off. This plus zoning would be wonderful. I don't think I need any bridges, as you know, you can just pipe in another road type at a bridge point.

I've been searching high and low for something like this. Just a rural highway, plan and simple with good looking connections gravel side. It's odd it's so hard to find.

I want to ask though, might you have a version just like this, 2 way that is zonable? I have houses along the rural hwy. Thanks!!
