Adds a poorly made exoskeleton suit to the game.
Inspired by T.I.T.A.N. power suit

Suit provides these buffs:

Decent amount of speed boost. Underwater speed included. (if equipment run out of power it will slow you)
Electric stun module which will create a small static explosion and stun nearby humans and small creatures for a short amount of time and deals small amount of deep tissue injure to everyone in it's range. This module consumes a full Energy Rod which is a craftable item.
Immunity to blunt force trauma and stun. (suit has to be powered)
Decent amount of resistance against bullet wound damage.
Suit lights!!

Only way to charge the suit is Exo Batteries. Exo Batteries provides ~25 minutes charging time. These can be recharged in Suit Cabinet.

Reminder: this suit doesn't provide high pressure resistance. For better experience, using Saber Personal Protection's pressure resistance undersuits recommended.
