MQ9 Reaper

Description
I don't like many of the drones on the workshop, least of which are the options for the MQ-9 Reaper. So I decided to do what I do best and combine some creations to make a rough adaption of the MQ-9 Reaper surveillance drone. And yed, I do have plans for it to do more than surveil.
