Ronin start with samurai look

This start is for players willing to be like a samurai in kenshi, and to say thanks for the modders i used for this start.

You really look like a samurai !

- So it's just like a wanderer start (stats with +/- 3) but with a (rusted) katana and (normal) samurai clothes. (and no money)

- I changed the stat of the sandogasa to be exactly like the taglemust (but not craftable). this hat is beautifull but quite useless in the game ... and he fits perfectly with the haori. i unlocked hair too.

- greenlander and scorchlander only.
