1. Place in mission
2. Get TTS soundboard
3. Become Stephen Hawking
4. ???

Creates a wheelchair that is controlled by a drone.
Features can be toggled on and off by editing the function spawn:
[this, true, true, true] spawn ZAM_createWheelchair;

Parameters:
0: The drone. Keep this as this.
1: Arm the drone? True gives the drone an LMG mounted to the camera.
2: Give it underglow? True gives the drone a purple underglow at night.
3: Hide the drone? True hides the drone's textures and makes it invisible.
