z-levels has been updated in1.3 in his github ： https://github.com/RamRod6198/Z-Levels

this mod doesn't update z-levels to 1.3.
once z-levels is updated to 1.3 this mod in theory will not require updating and should work without issue

i made it '1.3 compatible' so i don't need to make it 1.3 compatible with z-levels updates to 1.3
