Beefalo 45 Minimum Riding Obedience

Description
Changes the minimum obedience required to ride a beefalo from 50 to 45 so that you can ride an ornery beefalo without having to feed it a twig or grass everytime.

@Darkcape it would be if i were changing the ornery beefalo's minimum obedience specifically, but im not, im just changing the minimum obedience to ride a beefalo to 45 so any beefalo only needs 45 obedience to ride it.
