Fatigue fixed

Description
Infantry in shogun 2 is not affected by fatigue (other than morale)
This mod makes sure that all infantry now recieve their debuffs properly for different levels of fatigue

The update that broke the Hattori ninjas also broke infantry fatigue. Thanks for fixing this.

It has been quite a long time, and I can't quite remember what exactly I changed, but it think it should work for both
Either way you could test it, best way would be to try out the units in melee and see if they perform worse

Fatigue does not affect fighters in FOTS or only in the original?
