The Scout is a lightweight, single-seat helicopter designed with inter-meshing blades. This synchropter design allows the craft to be easier to pilot and be more efficient. The Scout is the first in a series of helicopters designed by Boing after its acquisition by Toyto Automotive, propelling the previously automotive based group into aviation.

The Scout can take on any number of different tasks, from recreational flight to search and rescue. A large use of the craft stemmed from the Sawyer Isles Fire Department (SIFD), which used it to scout out forest fires to identify their severity. Aside from use by the SIFD, the Scout has made waves in general aviation. Many pilots find it to be extremely fun to fly, mainly due to its lack of torque from the rotors as they both spin opposite directions. Capable of landing almost anywhere and with enough range to get anywhere (albeit it might take a bit), the Scout makes an excellent get-around vehicle as well.
