Description
As part of the scientific research of the Organization of Research and Classification of Space Fauna (ORCSF), expeditions to discover unknown species of space animals were sent to the most distant systems. Searches for a long time did not bring results, while the next research group was sent to the 662-HY system. The group of research ships worked for 5 days, after which the connection with it was irretrievably lost. And after that, unknown creatures began to appear on the border of the colonial space.

These creatures were called Krakens. In terms of body structure, they differed from the known space species - Leviathans and Dragons, - therefore they were assigned to a new genus.



Larva appears to be the smallest representative of the Void Kraken species. However, despite this, this alien beast was categorized as 2.0, which indicates a significant threat to lightly armed ships.

In the arsenal of this space predator there is a special organ capable of spitting out smoking clots of acid over long distances. The acid is not very damaging, but it is sprayed over a huge area.

Like all Krakens, the larva has a so-called "digestive ray" that is used to absorb minerals from its prey. This beam has a very short range, but it can literally grind even the toughest armor, so you should stay away from the Krakens.



Strengths: Powerful acid projectiles, devastating digestive ray

Weaknesses: Weak defensive field, low speed, acid projectiles are relatively easy to dodge.

Conclusion: Quite a dangerous opponent, especially in packs. Keep your distance.



IMPORTANTS:

1) This build has a special function - "Player Hunting Instinct" that can be enabled/disabled in controls. This function works like an autopilot when build is in "Space Pirates" faction, that leads a build to the churrent player position if player in 1000 range. "Player Hunting Instinct" can be used for encounter simulations.

2) This build doesn't use any DLCs.
