Colorization of the throttle gauge.

Made this for myself, thought I'd share. Simple one-for-one image replacement of the throttle pips graphic.

This is great to give some life to the UI, I am not a fan of this pale feeling I get from it. Hopefully we get some new fonts tool, something more digital that makes you feel in cockpit.

None that I could see. It's an all or nothing sort of thing. Would be nice to show down arrows for the reverse action.
