Exercises in Virtue - Buildings which generate culture provide 1 happiness in captured cities. Local Happiness from captured cities provides Great Writer points in the Capital.

Vexillatio (replaces Swordsman) - Generates +1 culture when garrisoned in a captured city. Receives 10XP bonus for every great work present in the city which produces it.

Bibliotheca (replaces Amphitheater)- Does not require a Monument, and provides a Library for free in this city.
Yields +2 Happiness while the Great Work slot is filled, and provides an additional Great Work slot in conquered cities.
