Voodoo Pin replaces Dull Razor

Description
Changes the Dull Razor from AB+ to the Voodoo Pin from Antibirth!

I made my own version that has an achievement icon (and also updates the collection page/death icon too which this forgot!). You can find it on the workshop.

Dull razor is a powerful item that I never picked up because the sprite looked like someone resized a smaller pixel art on Paint.NET . Now that it is resprited as the voodoo pin I might start using it more.

Definitely a nice change, voodoo pin is a lot better than a 7th goddamn razor item

It really should've been converted back into the Voodoo Pin for Repentence.
The mechanic behind it is actual cool, but I never bother picking it up (Dull Razor) cause, I kid you not, it's sprite and name is just...BORING.

Now "Voodoo Pin"? Sounds exotic, and looks cool
