Description
Submitted with permission from Chaofanatic, the creator of Power Surge and Electrostatic.

Many orbiting effects often spawn in the wrong location, far away from the player. This is especially common when the "Adjust Unusual" slider is used.

Affected unusual effects are:
- Orbiting Fire
- Eerie Orbiting Fire
- Aces High
- Flaming Lantern
- Power Surge
- Electrostatic

I have attached an updated version of item_fx.pcf with the following changes:
- The parent particle system of each bugged unusual has been renamed to indicate that it is no longer a parent particle.
- For example, "unusual_orbit_fire" has been renamed to "unusual_orbit_fire_child".
- New, empty parent particles have been created with the respective original particle systems set as their children.
- For example, an empty particle system named "unusual_orbit_fire" has been created. The previously renamed "unusual_orbit_fire_child" was added as its child.

While Memory Leak and Overclocked can also be fixed using this method, I do not know who created them and thus cannot credit them in my submission.
