Map edits for RP_NORMANDIE.

Multiple changes and additions have been made for the map including, but not limited to:

- Multiple bug fixes.
- StormFox compatibility.
- Addition of a civilian "village".
- Lighting fixes.

All rights belong to it's original owner so it is free to use and edit at anyone's discretion. Be advised that this map was edited based on Expiration's specific time period, meaning it might not work as well on your server were you to use the map.
