Throttle Gauge w Line Markers

Description
Follow-up Throttle Gauge to my first attempt.

This offering utilizes a color scheme more closely associated with the base game's "minty green" approach but adds visual markers at the 25%, 50%, and 75% throttle marks to give players a quick reference in the heat of battle.
