TF2 Hex - Parted Polar Bear

Description
Another hex, suggested by Yakuza Merkitzi!!

Includes 2 effects:
- Hat (polar_bear_hat)
- Goggles (polar_bear_goggles)

I did not make the original model, I simply separated the hat and goggles and recompiled them.

Requests can be put in the comments, and I'll get to them when/if I can!

Requires TF2 to work.

Do you think it would be possible to separate the Supernatural Stalker cosmetic's components?

I like the look of the bandana and scars (I use it for my Soldier OC), but the glowing eyes are kind of annoying since he doesn't wear a hat that can cover them up.

I was always curious why there was never a No-Goggle style for this cosmetic to begin with.

But thanks for making another addon like this.
