Foundation-XLS - Solar Base and Landing Platform

This is a modification of JRandall's Foundation-XL Landing Platform. This level 15 unlock, SC 6 platform adds solar panels and an underslung Base for a stealth look. Base includes:

3x 320k storage
7x Cargo boxes and Pallets
2x Advanced Constructors
Deconstructor
Furnace
Full Medical suite
Armor Locker, Repair Station, Fridge, Food Processor, 9x Wireless
Glass Shower Gang™ approved
4x Minigun turrets, 4x Sentry Guns, Large Ammo crate (14k)

Spacing for another Furnace/Shield, Deconstructor, 3rd Generator, extra Fuel tanks/Solar Capacitors included. Some CPU overhead is available.

Also converted all pedestals to Steel blocks to save a bit on the rock requirements. Depending on your terrain placement, you may need to do a bit of digging out of the interior.
