New Zealand Railways DSC Shunter

Description
The DSC class is a heavy shunting locomotive used throughout New Zealand. Built in seven batches starting in 1959 through 1967. The first batch was built by British Thomson-Houston of the United Kingdom, the remainder were build locally in New Zealand. Powered originally with either the Rolls-Royce C6SFL for the British batch and the Leyland UE902 for the batches built in New Zealand. The class was later refitted with the Cummins NT855, all produced roughly 420 (hehe) horsepower. After some initial teething and issues with supply the class has served reliably for 60 years with 28 of the class still in service today.

Features:
Original Midland Red livery from 1959.
Fruit Salad International Orange livery from 1968.
Tranz Rail Cato Blue livery from 1991.
KiwiRail livery from 2008.
Static asset versions under the Kiwi section of the assets menu.
Changing the 'Train Name' section will set custom road numbers for the Fruit Salad, Tranz Rail and KiwiRail liveries. 4 numbers were intended and the DSC's has post TMS numbers in the 2000–2759 range.
Custom weathering dirt and rust.
Custom sounds.
