Carbon Scout RE - Level 7 Starter HV

This is a basic starter scout HV, available at level 7, that has a TON of built in upgrade options to make it a nice HV to grow into. Perfect for spawning as your first HV, then adding each upgrade as you get to that level. As the name indicates, it is made out of carbon substrate, so use caution when driving without a shield. However, the minigun should generally provide enough protection in early game encounters.

Already contains:
- O2 Station
- Armor Locker
- Mobile Constructor
- Fridge
- Ammo Controller (1500 Storage)
- Container Controller (3074 Storage)
- Harvest Controller (3074 Storage)
- Harvest Module
- 2 Cargo Boxes (1 @ 250, 1 @ 125)

Dedicated slots for:
P = Pentaxid Tank
S = Shield Generator
E = CPU Extender
M = Minigun (when upgrading, move the current onto an "M" and add a 2nd)
G = Gatling Gun
T = Thruster (All Medium)
LH = Large Hover Engine
H = Harvest Module

All current devices are manually accessible, and also protected behind a shutter door. There is also a dedicated slot for the Trauma Station, which unlocks at level 12.
