USMS Royal Albatross (1915)

Description
USMS “Royal Albatross” (1915-1915)
~~~
! NOTICE : INFINITE ELECTRIC REQUIRED !
~~~
The United States Mail Steamship Royal Albatross was a 30,000 ton, 750 foot long behemoth that was ordered in 1913 by the Greyhound Line, shortly after the Blue Jay class entered service.
The Royal Albatross and Grand Albatross were both named, and christened on the day of the launch by the daughter of the Greyhound Line chairman. They were both launched together on July 4, 1915.
On December 6th of 1915, at 12PM, the two vessels, at anchor in the Mersey, departed Liverpool with an escort warship on their maiden voyage. Both ships, were completely booked.
At 8PM, the vessels arrived in Queenstown, where a tender ferried out primarily tourist class passengers. The vessels soon after, departed at a cruising speed. At 11PM, upon passing the Irish coasts, the escort left the two vessels to steam back to Queenstown, where the Royal Albatross and Grand Albatross continued by themselves.
However, just after midnight on December 7th of 1915, without any warning, the Royal Albatross was torpedoed four times, which caused the vessel to list heavily. She eventually rolled onto her starboard side, where all of her heavy machinery, unable to support a 90 degree angle, collapsed through the sides of the vessel. She soon after, broke in half, and sank in six minutes. Some of the lucky few survivors managed to drift, or swim to the now stopped Grand Albatross, and climb aboard her, after nets were thrown over the sides. Soon after, the Grand Albatross was torpedoed once by the same U-Boat, where she was forced to abandon the hundreds struggling in the waters nearby. The Grand Albatross beached herself hours later at a reduced speed, sitting low in the water and without electric power, or functioning telegraphs. The immigrant ship SS Quebec rescued the survivors of both vessels at 11AM that morning. Of the 2,700 aboard the Royal Albatross, only 25 managed to survive.
The next day, a similar tragedy would unfold, as the SS Jacksonville was torpedoed twice in the same location, after returning from a Mediterranean cruise, and was blown to shreds after the second Torpedo detonated her munitions magazine. All at once the following day, news hit local, and days later, international newspapers, where the general public initially blamed Imperial Germany for the events. After several inquiries, it was decided that 2/3 of the blame should be placed on Greyhound, for endangering the lives of passengers.
Despite several attempted coverups, the memory of this event nonetheless, remained with the disturbed survivors.

I would like to thank TheRedCreator for assisting with optimization work, and creating the Unique scuttle system.
I would also like to thank ANormalCommentor for providing assistance with her engines, and providing assets for the vessel. Please do show support to these two, as this vessel would not be what it is today without the support of both!
On the behalf of all of us together, we truly hope that you will enjoy your time aboard the USMS Royal Albatross!

I'm genuinely impressed by this ship. It's extremely well done and the ship is absolutely beautiful. I can't even describe how amazed I am rather than my jaw dropped in real life when I saw it. The design is perfect and amazing, it's super pretty and you forget you're on a ship when you even step on it. This is really well done, keep up the good work, and take 10,000 points while you're at it.

Is there any way to prevent the ship from splitting?

@ElectronicLlama It's not you, it's the game. The Space update broke many scuttle functions of workshops ships. Reverting to 1.8.10 will fix it, but you need to download the old version from the Steam Depot.

idk about you guys, but whenever I try to scuttle it, It takes much longer then advertised to sink. Is there something I'm doing wrong?
