[TNG] Faction Personality

Faction Personality changes factions so that they have views on every ethic divide. No longer is there a simple "imperialist" faction, now imperialists are "Human Peoples Brotherhood for Imperialism".

This mod is a proof of concept. This mod doesn't support faction suppression or the like, but is otherwise playable.

• Adds 126 factions based on every possible arrangement of ethics.
  
• Each faction now has a view on militarism, xenoism, authoritarians, and technologism.

This mod is not compatible with any of my other faction mods.
