I wondered why you included hostages in the mix, is it so you can force the QRF early as an option (instead of dealing with them after securing the HVT?)
BTW, I like the theme of the map even if it hurts my eyes a little bit to look at haha. The big open market also gives me anxiety trying to safely clear all the angles.
Why no ingame briefing? The map is waaay older than ingame briefings. But good catch, I might update that ;)
The HVT alt spawns felt unecessary and the map would've been more fun if he just spawned in the main plaza in my opinion. It felt very restrictive and tedious looking for him around the map, especially going for a single plan. Also, when he spawned top right, almost everytime he'd get in the way of one of his bodyguard and die on the spot. This also happenned quite a bit on the middle spawn making it very tedious and ruining good runs. Him spawning in the plaza feels like how it should've stayed and goes well with the theme. Other spawns didn't bring anything to the map. Just my honest feedback :)

Difficulty wise I'd say it's not an easy map at all. A lot of things can go wrong and they will. 4 troops was just enough to dominate the space. I like that you have to chase the HVT before he escapes. I had this one run where I actually smacked him in the face to stop him, first time I've seen this lol. I also enjoyed the "surprises" when you rescue him.
