Description
在物品的右键菜单显示物品来自那个Mod。
在配方面板显示配方来自那个Module。

更新：
2022-04-27 游戏选项-显示-用户界面-在物品提示中显示模组信息，可以控制是否显示。代码优化。
2021-12-22 物品可以显示来自那个Mod了。配方还是不行，没找到接口，只能显示Module。不过大部分Mod的Module都是独立开的并且与Mod名相差不大。

@shade87 for now, it's can't tell you which mod yet, it's more helpful to modders than players, it can give direction from items or recipes to module, module is not equal to mod, it's hidden code for modders.
