Diplomat of all factions (EN)

Description
The mod adds a diplomat who can make any faction neutral or an ally. The diplomat is in the Hub. Also, the mod adds Resetters of bounty. They are also located in the Hub. Except for the resetters of bounty of the Holy Nation, he is in the smugglers' bar.

I gave the diplomat large skill parameters to protect against unwanted murders. If you attack him, then wait for 16k damage for 1 hit. But if you don't like it, then you can reduce its power for yourself.

I noticed that the diplomat can't increase relations with all factions, for example the Swampers and Deadcat. Maybe you could add options to ally those and other factions ?

Hello there, love the mod's concept! I wanted to ask something if it's okay. You see, on the launcher, your mod is the only one to appear in green, and the only one to trigger the following message upon starting the game: "One or more mods are incomplete or in incorrect order". It's the first time I see this. Maybe it was bound to happen eventually, as I have a lot of mods added. It's just strange that it's only this one affected. Going to Hub to see if diplomat spawned <3
