Load with or without mods, if you load without mods some blocks will be missing so repair techs as you like.

I did not set required addons for this save so everybody can load it without Steam notifications.

*OFFICIAL DLC content is just skin that you can see, but tech should be functional even without DLC.

*WORKSHOP CONTENT is needed to load techs, if you do not want to subscribe on workshop content then use this savegame , as loading this savegame will rebuild all tech without missing blocks.
