Tech is anchored, anchoring inactive techs (when there is lot of them in rendering range) reduce FPS drop. With large number of techs FPS drop also happen during night when lights on techs are on.

*WORKSHOP CONTENT is needed to load techs, if you do not want to subscribe on workshop content then find savegame in this collection and use that one, as loading that savegame will rebuild all tech without missing blocks.
