Modification of the original Simpleton I with

-cosmetic tweaks
-top mounted shuttle docking port (charging only) (for extremely tiny bottom docking shuttles such as the one required)
-bunch of extra containers
-2 crate racks, one at fab and one next to diving
-1 extra junction box for docking port and a extra battery dock in command
-tweaked existing container loot slightly
-two weapon racks at diving

overall it should be around the same power level, just it has a little shuttle and tons of containers everywhere. let me know if i missed anything in wiring. from testing, the shuttle is able to dock, charge, undock and recharge, etc etc just fine but this is my first ever edit
