Description

An alternate portrait for the player, for use in campaign and career mode.

It replaces the default portrait that the game uses for Commander Mason. (Your player.)

Remember to enable it in-game after subscribing to it here.

Main menu > Mods > click on the mod so that it has a checkmark > restart your game for it to take effect

@Juggernaut in order to do that, you'll have to download the unreal editor from Epic, (it's about 100 gigs) as there isn't a way to unpack the .pak files and swap things out yourself in an easy way.
