Modern High-Rise A6 for Cities: Skylines

Location: Russia: Moscow, Lyublino District (Lyublinskiy Park, Buildings 5, 6, 21)
Construction: 2020s (Renovation Program)

Description

Modern High-Rise A6 is a 21-storey cast-in-place concrete residential building constructed under the Moscow Renovation Program. The asset is based on Buildings 5, 6, and 21 of the “Lyublinskiy Park” housing estate in the Lyublino district.

The structure follows the СЭМ-2 typology, combining a monolithic frame with hinged facade panels. Designed for mass resettlement, the building contains 312 apartments and features a clean, modular aesthetic consistent with new urban development in Moscow.

Color variation is supported. RICO settings are included for high-density residential zoning.
