The True Joe Biden

Description
Ah, Joe Biden. The current President and former Vice President and Senator from Delaware. This mod upgrades his ideology to what he really thought. His stats are the same as the normal Joe Biden in game, namely:
Stamina: Sleepy
Charisma: Warm
Intelligence: Average
Media Bias: Tingly
Experience: Insider
Minority Appeal: A Lot
Starting Money: Rich

His issue points were also distributed as accurately as possible. Seeing as this uses infinite points, scores at the end are reduced. Be sure to like this if you like it.

Give him whatever stats are the most realistic to you. I don't really care what they are.
