Description
Changes some skills to be a bit more balanced,
General idea, is the skills that can cause explosions and lots of damage now follow this recipe.
3 AP for 4 barrels on a 4 turn cooldown.
And Deathfog has been replaced with Cursed Flamecloud.

ok i found the incompatibility apparently there is a mod the reduces sp cost by 1. Disabling it fixed the issue.

mass summon cursed oil barrel seems to have a bug. It says it costs 2 source points yet i can use it with only 1 source point unlocked in act 1. Dont know if its a compatibility problem with another mod but that shouldnt be happening.

Divinity has an ongoing problem, when you get too many mods, it will sometimes download the mods to the wrong place. Atleast this is my own experience.

i do seem to have a little issue here though.... i press the subscribe button and i dont get a download? Know what can be causing this problem? havent had this issue before.
