CONTAINMENT PROCEDURE:

Object should be contained and digitally anchored at Steam Workshop.

DESCRIPTION/PARAUTILITY:

The object is a standard webpage written in HTML5, CSS3, and vanilla Javascript, and could be utilized as desktop wallpaper through the software "Wallpaper Engine". Some of its behaviors could be customized through its properties menu.

When bound, the object serves as an indirect link to the Astral Plane through the Hotline (refer to file OOP3-UE). This allows parautilitarians to receive transmission directly from the Board, without the potential side-effects of directly binding to the Hotline. Some parautilitarians report being contacted by other Astral entities other than the Board when bound to the object.

The object is also seemingly capable of altering the hyperreal transmission of the Board. By altering the text field of its properties, using ">" to break sentences and ">>" to break paragraphs, parautilitarians are able to completely alter the message transmitted by the Board.

The object has no current binder.
