Description
Content mod with animals, buildings, and an event
Join your duplicants that escaped the temporal tear, and discover life on a new Rimworld with animals from the game Oxygen Not Included by Klei Entertainment.

Original mod (Old and incompatible atm)
Vanilla Expanded Framework Patch
CE Patch (really bad and unbalanced)

Legend has it that somewhere in the past, humans created what today is called vanometric power, but due to either ignorance or ambition, it overstepped some ancient law and resulted in many of humankind’s greatest discoveries becoming lodged in a time loop parallel to the known universe.

  • Thanks to Tynan and Klei for developing such amazing and intricate games that have captured my mind and kept me engaged over the course of a the relatively boring and dull summer before my first year of college.
  • Thanks to my graphic design teacher for showing me how to create graphics in adobe illustrator, and hopefully forgiving me for not finishing my schoolwork for the year.
  • Thanks in advance for any and all comments that will help me balance the mod or fix any of the issues I'm sure it has.

The art for this mod was made in Adobe Illustrator, by me, but inspired by the game Oxygen Not Included by Klei Entertainment. I'm no artist, but I hope people enjoy it.
(Side Note: There is no North and South facing art for the critters due to things looking cursed)
(Side Note 2: Desiccated critters turn into genetic ooze because I have a hard time visualizing bones on critters)

Differences from original mod
  • I learned how to set up C# code!
  • Plants and meals are removed
  • A couple stats are altered to a certain degree
  • Oxygen Deodorizer is added
  • Shine Pods are added
  • Morb arrives event added so the player knows when morbs are on the map
  • Drops from a few animals are consolidated or removed to reduce clutter
  • Egg morphing was removed. All animals that were obtained from egg morphing can now be obtained from traders
  • Pacu meat is treated as fish from Vanilla Expanded Fishing if it is loaded
  • Mod graphics were also brought up to date

Is there still a remote chance of an update for RimWorld 1.4 even though 1.5 is right around the corner?

1.4 update when I have time. Everything but the buildings "should" still work.

Updated to 1.3! Turns out it wasn't as much of a project as I thought. VEF patch is updated too. Let me know if I should make some of the critters require a pen like they do in the original game.

Sorry it isn't updated yet. I was away from home for a few months. It should be pretty quick to update this, but I keep procrastinating.
