I-700A Building Series

The I-700A series represents the final stage of Soviet industrial high-rise panel construction. Developed by MNIITEP as part of the fourth generation of mass housing, it combines elements of the II-68 series with improved livability and modernized planning.

These 22-storey towers were designed to serve as visual and functional anchors of late-Soviet districts, featuring spacious loggias, isolated rooms, and upgraded elevator and stairwell infrastructure. Despite their scale, the design avoids excessive bulk through simple panel cladding and balanced proportions.
