YOU NEED TO HAVE TEAM FORTRESS 2 INSTALLED
This is melee called "Escape Plan" from Team Fortress 2. It has the same stats but speed boost is doubled(since it has almost no effect when it increases your speed by 60% only at 40hp(20 in gmod) like in the original game), and no downsides(couldn't find a way to detect when player is healed and to reduce healing, and minicrits would be kinda weird in GMod don't you think?). Its purpose is escaping or agressive melee attacks(when you run out of ammo I guess?). Basically stats are doubled, so if you had 60% boost with health lower than 40 in TF2, here you have 120% boost at 20 health.

"План Эвакуации". Дает ускорение чем меньше у тебя здоровья, но в два раза больше чем в оригинальной игре(ибо если только 60% максимум то неинтересно).

これが『エスケープ・プラン』というの近接武器だ。この武器を使用中は残りヘルスの残量に応じて移動スピードが増加する。だが、スタッツは２ｘする。例えば、実物の武器は、４０ヘルスに下がったら速度の増加率は６０％になる。しかし、俺の武器なら２０ヘルスに下がったら速度の増加率は１２０％に上がる！
