Credit also goes to Colossal Order as I recycled a few of their textures.

Use the Find It! mod and search for "Freight Locomotive, Freight Wellcar" etc.
Use the Move It! Prop Snapping and Prop & Tree Anarchy mods to place and adjust props.
Use the Adaptive Prop Visibility Distance mod to see props from farther away.
Use the Prop Painter mod to change the color of the prop.
