Description
The ⑨volt(referenced ingame as (9)volt because it crashes if it tries to display the ⑨).
Graze Charge. get close to bullets to get a little bit of charge off them. Graze 4 bullets to gain 1 tick of charge, works while invincible. Does not charge all items at once like habit, instead charges primary>secondary>pocket.

fixed it, left in a debug print that crashed the game if ran at the wrong time (it always ran at the wrong time) should be functional now!

Yo I got no idea what the issue is but whenever I enable this mod my game crashes almost immediately, got any idea what the issue could be?

combine this with hullet bell and you get Touhou

Incredible mod, now I can experience the pain of trying to get a high graze count while playing as The Lost so I die just as fast as I do in Touhou! Thank you for giving me a whole new way to suffer while also making an actually really cool item concept. Also, this might be the only non-music and non-character Touhou-related mod I've actually seen on the workshop, aside from the movement one.
