The min temp for Inconel seems to be too high.

Glad I'm not the only one having trouble with Stellite. Any ideas Mick?

I'm also having the same problem with Stellite. If it just pulled a bunch from hot tank it would be fine, but it's dancing about 1100C and 1Mpa and it keeps bringing in both cold and hot. =(

Just built this beast and enjoying it! Only problem is Stellite, keeps cooling down when hitting 1500K

My hot tank has a temperature of 2300kK, the stellite needs 1800kK, but the automation doesn't try to fill the furnace with hot gas, it slips in a small amount of coolant for some reason and is never successful.
In fact, I can easily melt the stellite manually by turning off the automation, but that's not how it's supposed to work.

Can you update this?
CowsAreEvil  [author] 5 Sep, 2021 @ 11:45pm
Stellite has a very high smelting temperature so it will have difficulty heating the existing has in the furnace high enough. So it will dump most of the gas and then refill from the hot tank. If you increase the temperature of the hot tank it will need to dump less of the gas before refilling.

ok question, it was all working, and now when i select stelite, the furnace shuts down and dumps pressure and heat, stelite is the only alloy it does this on..i can not figure out why it is only stelite that does this

yeah, i think i was doing it right the whole time, had the has display for ingredient selection set to the dial, started messing with it and set it to IC controller and it kinda started working, gotta mess around with it some more

This will only write the stack. You have to overwrite the code with the furnace controller before it will do anything. The vending machines are optional.
