Description
Modern Mid-Rise A7 for Cities: Skylines

Location: Russia: Moscow (Volgogradsky Prospekt, site 163)
Construction: 2020s (Renovation Program)

Description

This asset is inspired by a 13-storey residential building developed by the Moscow Foundation for the Renovation of Residential Buildings and designed by PIK-PROJECT.

The building is part of the city's ongoing housing relocation initiative and features two residential sections along with an underground parking garage for 36 vehicles. Its design reflects the modular and efficient character of contemporary residential development in Moscow.

Color variation is supported. RICO settings are included for high-density residential zoning.

Notes

This asset is part of the “Modern Mid-Rise” series.
It is a fictional building based on real architectural references.
