IA Demon Class Capital

The Demon class is the oldest still active warship in the empire. The reason for this is the amount of 32x S4 turrets for its "small" sice. Only 42 of this ships survived the first imperial war 100 years ago. At this time the Demon class was the pride of the empire and the first emperor was serving on one of them as Captain. At this time the empire was controlled by a civil government. That was 2 Years before he became emperor after he broke through the emeny front lines at the Battle of Zelon, and destroyed the enemy`s flagship with their king onboard. After this event the war was nearly over. The first emperor won battle after battle and his ship was never damaged by enemy forces. During the last months of war he became fleet admiral and commander of all armed forces. After the war he went back to the capital city the whole military forces behind him and he declared himself emperor. The government couldn´t do anything against him and the whole power of the military forces which swear to serve the emperor. The emperors old ship, the "Agamemnon" is docked at the Mars Drive Yards and is used as a historical museum. Every year at the festival to honor the first emperor the Agamemnon starts a small journey through the sun system to celebrate the birth of the known empire.
